Resicoms is a trading name of Places We Share. This notice explains how Places We Share handles information submitted through the Resicoms sales website. It does not cover the separate applications for residents and homeowners operated for individual villages and communities; each of those services will have its own privacy information.
Information we collect
If you use the enquiry form, we collect your name, organisation or community, email address, any telephone number you choose to provide, and the contents of your message. Our hosting provider may also create routine security and access logs containing technical information such as an IP address, browser type and request time.
If you request the buyer guide, we collect your name, organisation or community, work email address and any role you choose to provide. The website also uses a temporary session to make the guide available after the form is completed.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to understand your request, respond to you, arrange conversations and keep a record of relevant business correspondence. Buyer guide request information is used to provide the guide and contact you about your interest in Resicoms. We do not add enquiries or guide requests to a general mailing list and we do not sell contact information.
Who receives it
Enquiries are delivered to the Places We Share team and are processed using our website hosting and email providers. We only share information with other suppliers when this is necessary to operate those services or respond to your request.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as it is useful for the conversation, a prospective business relationship, or legitimate business record keeping. Information that is no longer required is deleted or securely archived.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website, including which pages are viewed and how people move around the site. The Google tag loads with analytics storage denied unless you choose to allow analytics. Google may receive limited signals without analytics cookies while consent is denied. We do not use it for advertising or personalised marketing. The hosting service may also use strictly necessary technical mechanisms to operate and protect the site.
Your analytics choice is stored in your browser so the website can remember it. You can review or change that choice at any time.
Your choices
You can ask what enquiry information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information that is no longer required. Some requests may be subject to legal or record keeping requirements.
